Before we touch a brush, we need to understand what's happening beneath the surface. Comox Valley and Campbell River homes face constant moisture pressure from rain, humidity, ocean proximity, and ground-level splash-back. These forces drive moisture into wood, behind siding, and under trim — causing rot, paint failure, and structural damage that's invisible from the outside.

We exclusively use Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore products — including their low-VOC and zero-VOC lines. These eco-friendly formulations are safer for your family, better for Vancouver Island's environment, and perform just as well as conventional products. We match the specific product to your home's exposure, substrate, and the unique conditions of the Comox Valley or Campbell River.

"Preservation-grade" coating means we're not just choosing a colour. We're specifying the right product chemistry for your home's coastal conditions — acrylic vs. alkyd, self-priming vs. separate primer, satin vs. semi-gloss — based on sun exposure, moisture levels, proximity to the ocean, and substrate type.

Application is done by experienced painters using the right technique for each surface — brush, roll, or spray — with careful attention to film thickness, coverage, and drying conditions specific to our West Coast weather.
